Nick is responsible for analyzing potential acquisitions and new developments, helping to expand the portfolio of Bradbury Companies. He also helps manage current developments and assets. He has 14 years of professional experience. Prior to joining Bradbury Companies, Nick spent the first 11 years of his career in a variety of finance and land roles in the oil and gas industry. The experience provided him with a strong foundation in landowner relations, financial analysis, and project management. Throughout Nick’s career, he has had a strong passion for real estate. He connected with Tom while at Food for Thought in Denver. Nick was pursuing his master’s degree, and quickly identified that his values directly aligned with those of Bradbury Companies. He joined the Bradbury team shortly after receiving his master’s degree.
Nick earned his master’s degree in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver, and his BS in Finance from Oklahoma State University (both magna cum laude). Outside of work, Nick and his wife Kate have two sons who keep them busy. Nick enjoys golfing in any free time he gets. He is also an avid Oklahoma State fan, so his closet is full of America’s brightest orange.
