Stephanie has served as in-house counsel to Bradbury Companies since 2004. She advises the company on all legal matters, including zoning and entitlements, joint ventures and partnerships, and construction and general transactional law. Prior to working for Bradbury Companies, Stephanie was a commercial litigator with Ballard Spahr, a large national law firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a litigator, Stephanie gained invaluable experience from learning how transactions end up in litigation. This experience has assisted her in being a forward-thinker able to minimize future conflict and risk in projects and transactions.
Stephanie earned her BA from Duke University and her JD from the University of Colorado School of Law. She believes that the key to successful business is always acting with integrity and respect, and surrounding oneself with exceptional teammates and partners. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time traveling with her family, skiing, playing tennis, and supporting her three kids (Riley, Tanner, and Carter) in following their passions.
